Consumers generally have a right of refund.
Consumers have the right to cancel purchase contracts with Anaid Art Gallery that were concluded on the basis of an order in the onlineshop www.anaidartgallery.com/store within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason.
The refund period begins on the day on which the customer or a third party named by him, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. In order to exercise the right of refund, the customer must inform Anaid Art Gallery by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email to: ANAID ART GALLERY BERLIN UG, Kurfürstendamm 195, D-10707 Berlin, email: orders@anaidartgallery.com) about the decision to cancel the purchase contract. In order to meet the cancellation deadline, notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired is sufficient. If the customer cancels the purchase contract, Anaid Art Gallery will reimburse all payments that Anaid Art Gallery has received from the customer, including the shipping costs (except for additional costs that resulted from the customer choosing a type of delivery other than standard shipping). The same method of payment that was used in the original transaction will be used for the repayment, unless a different, express agreement is made.
Anaid Art Gallery can refuse repayment until Anaid Art Gallery has received the goods back or the customer can provide proof that the goods have been returned. In the event of cancellation, the customer must return the goods to Anaid Art Gallery or hand them over to Anaid Art Gallery at the latest fourteen days from the day on which the customer informed Anaid Art Gallery of the cancellation of the purchase contract. The deadline is met if the customer sends the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

Verbrauchern steht grundsätzlich ein Widerrufsrecht zu.
Verbraucher haben das Recht, innerhalb von 14 (vierzehn) Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen Kaufverträge mit Anaid Art Gallery, die aufgrund einer Bestellung im Online -Shop www.anaidartgallery.com/store abgeschlossen wurden, zu widerrufen. Die Widerrufsfrist beginnt ab dem Tag, an dem der Kunde oder ein von ihm benannter Dritter, der nicht der Beförderer ist, die Ware in Besitz genommen hat.
Um das Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, muss der Kunde Anaid Art Gallery mittels eindeutiger Erklärung (z.B. per Brief oder Email an: ANAID ART GALLERY BERLIN UG, Kurfürstendamm 195, D-10707 Berlin, Mail: orders@anaidartgallery.com) über den Entschluss, den Kaufvertrag zu widerrufen, informieren. Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist aus.
Wenn der Kunde den Kaufvertrag widerruft, erstattet Anaid Art Gallery alle Zahlungen, die Anaid Art Gallery von dem Kunden erhalten hat, einschließlich der Versandkosten (ausgenommen zusätzliche Kosten, die sich daraus ergaben, dass der Kunde eine andere Art der Lieferung als den Standardversand gewählt hat). Für die Rückzahlung wird dasselbe Zahlungsmittel verwendet, das bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt wurde, es sei denn, es wird eine abweichende, ausdrückliche Vereinbarung getroffen. Anaid Art Gallery kann die Rückzahlung verweigern, bis Anaid Art Gallery die Ware wieder zurückerhalten hat, oder der Kunde den Nachweis erbracht, dass die Ware zurückgesandt wurde.
Der Kunde muss im Falle des Widerrufs die Ware unverzüglich und in jedem Fall spätestens 14 (vierzehn) Tage ab dem Tag, an dem der Kunde Anaid Art Gallery über den Widerruf des Kaufvertrages unterrichtet hat, an Anaid Art Gallery zurücksenden oder Anaid Art Gallery übergeben. Die Frist ist gewahrt, wenn der Kunde die Ware vor Ablauf der Frist von 14 (vierzehn) Tagen absendet. Der Kunde trägt die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung der Ware.
